"Finding a good contractor these days is a tremendous challenge to say the least.... especially in NWA where there is so much growth. I'm not sure I want to write this review for Yalacki Construction because as far as my husband and I are concerned, they are a diamond in the midst of a bunch of coal... and I'd kinda like to keep them a secret so they are available when I call them!

We hired Eddie and his crew on a major home remodel this past Spring: they built us a beautiful deck complete with an outdoor bathtub (yes, we can have bubble baths in the woods now), an entire wall of built in closet storage, put in a 3rd full bathroom in our basement, and more. What I LOVE most about working with them was that Eddie treated our job as if it was work being done at his own home. I watched him repeatedly have things re-done if they didn't meet his expectations and the level of quality he demands from his team or a sub he might have been using. His work is TOP NOTCH, his people are polite, clean up after themselves each day, and best of all, are extremely skilled at whatever they do be it framing, woodworking, deck-building, plumbing, electrical - everything.

Eddie was obviously determined to deliver what he promised to us without compromise. He is also fair - fair prices for excellent workmanship. We liked working with Yalacki Construction so much that we recommended him to my parents who have already hired his company to paint and refinish the floors in their entire home, as well as completely remodeling the master bath. Now my father is hiring them a second time to finish a 1000 sq ft section of his basement and turn it into a woodworking shop.
