Your vision starts here. As you finalize your location and financing, Yalacki Solutions meets with you to ensure we’re the perfect fit for your dream home. We collaborate with your design team to bring your ideas to life and finalize your custom floor plans.

Pre-Construction

With your plans in hand, we review every detail of your unique build. This is where the vision becomes a clear roadmap, we finalize contract documents and set a timeline for a smooth, transparent process from start to finish.

Preparing Your Site

Now this is where the excitement begins! Our team coordinates surveys, soil and perc testing, and manages all zoning and permit applications. The site is then prepped, trees cleared, utilities planned which lays the groundwork for your dream home to take shape.

Building & Selections

Yalacki Solutions will start the first steps with a strong foundation and good bones!  As we build, we’ll guide you through the selection process step-by-step, ensuring each choice perfectly complements the next stage. This interactive approach keeps your home on-trend and true to your style, and helps eliminate the risk of buyer’s remorse

Walk-Throughs

See your home come to life! We welcome safe, scheduled walk-throughs as construction progresses. Before the walls close in, we’ll review framing, electrical layouts, cabinetry, and other design elements to make sure everything is exactly as you’ve imagined.

Pre-Closing

As we approach completion, we’ll take you on a detailed tour of your finished home. Together, we’ll confirm the final touches, establish any remaining details, and set a date for your exciting closing day.

Our Warranty Policy

Our Commitment to Quality — The Yalacki Solutions Limited Warranty

At Yalacki Solutions, we stand by the craftsmanship and care that go into every home we build. Our Limited Warranty is part of the Yalacki Customer Care Promise — your assurance that quality is built into every step of the personalized home-building experience. Your home isn’t just built to last — it’s built with confidence.

Warranty Coverage

Our limited warranty is effective for one year from your closing date and includes coverage for:

• Workmanship defects
• Plumbing leaks located behind walls or beneath the foundation
• Electrical wiring issues
• Heating and cooling performance concerns

We also provide a one-year homeowner inspection to address any normal settlement cracks that may appear as your new home adjusts to its environment.

Beyond the Basics

Unlike many large builders who offer extended “multi-year warranties” that are often handled through third-party companies — and where claims are frequently denied — Yalacki Solutions keeps things personal. When you build with us, you work directly with the team who built your home. Once you’re a Yalacki Customer, you’re part of our family — and we’re here for all your future construction and remodeling needs.

Additional Information

Many of your home’s manufactured components—such as appliances, roofing, and windows—come with their own separate manufacturer warranties.

Please note, the limited warranty does not cover cosmetic items like paint touch-ups, flooring tears, or countertop scratches, nor does it cover damages caused by the homeowner, guests, or events covered under standard home insurance (such as flooding or fire).

Homeowner Care

Proper maintenance is key to protecting your investment. We encourage regular care of driveways, fencing, landscaping, and soil grading to prevent erosion and maintain long-term value.
